The Double Gold is just one example of just how tough BUDDY jackets are. Used in operational service by the Royal Navy since 1983, they are used 6 or 7 times every day... and the original jackets are still going strong!

The quick to adjust harness is fitted with a lifting loop that is strong enough to lift a fully kitted diver whilst the AP200 emergency jacket breathing valve, combined with the emergency air cylinder, provides that all important emergency back-up breathing system. One size fits all but the smallest of divers.
